Come see your Colorado Buffaloes as they look to extend their winning streak to five this weekend! The Buffs will look to head into the playoffs with even more confidence than before. Colorado will start their weekend Saturday afternoon against 2nd place Colorado School of Mines, then they will finish up Saturday evening when they play last-place Northern Colorado. The puck drop against Mines is scheduled for 2 p.m, and the game against UNC is scheduled for 5 p.m. Come out to Bladium in Denver and support your Buffs!!!

LAKEWOOD, CO- The Colorado Buffaloes played their first game against UCCS B, and the first game proved to not be much of a contest. The shorthanded Mountain Lions were no match for the Buffaloes were up 8-0 by the end of the second period. Colorado ended up rolling 11-1. Jake Sundling and Nick Ramsey each had a hat-trick in the game, and Kyle Smith had 22 saves in the win.
The second game against Metro B was much closer, but two goals in the first and third period were the difference as Colorado rolled 4-0 to end the weekend with their longest winning streak of the season, which is currently at three games. Kyle Smith had an 18 save shutout, and Colin Luben had 1 goal and 3 assists in the win. Your Buffs have moved up fourth in the standings, passing UNC. They will be off until February 26th, where they will be involved in crucial matchups against School of Mines and UNC. Your Colorado Buffaloes will be looking to take their solid play from the past two weekends into this weekend as they play Colorado at Colorado Springs's B team, and Metro State's B team tonight! Puck drop is scheduled for 6 p.m against UCCS and 9 p.m against Metro B. Both games are at RMR in Lakewood, so come on down and support your Buffs!!
